Augusta Smith Class meets in a homelike setting at the right of the sanctuary. Members of this class are mature adults who take the study of the Bible seriously. As a foundation of our study, we use the Present Word Series that follows the International Bible Lessons for Christian Study. Under the guidance of a leader, we read, study, and freely discuss the Word. Through our shared insight and experiences, we seek to see God’s hand at work in our own lives as well as in the church, the community, the nation, and the world. Our current lessons are based on The Gospel of Luke.
